My highest level of education is a Master's degree in Public Administration. Having led crews on the fireground and managed diverse personnel at the fire station, I've developed leadership skills, training skills, and conflict resolution skills. I've helped develop all sorts of programs for our department and oversaw the logistics and finances associated with those programs.
