I am the head of origination and a shareholder of a private capital fund specializing in high leverage construction loans. I live in Ft. Lauderdale. I am NOT a broker. I work directly for the fund as a full time employee. I do not table fund or sell notes. We manage a portfolio with apx. $1.5 billion in assets under management on our balance sheet, and we have funded over $3 billion in real estate development and construction. We have our own draw department and escrow closers on staff. I will fund up to 90% of cost on projects from $1-$100 million, up to 65% of combined exit value. We are more expensive than banks, but cheaper than equity. We close quickly, we fund draws in 2 days. My goal is to structure and negotiate with you the optimal funding scenario that minimizes your cash investment requirements and maximizes your ROI while maintaining a steady yield ourselves.
