I am a semi-retired entrepreneur looking to divest of stock and bond market risk and invest in and help manage residential real estate opportunities in the State of Florida. I have always had good instincts in sourcing and adding value to underutilized properties, and have done this consistently over a 25 year period. However, I am at a point where I would like to leverage both capital and resources and explore this opportunity on a more full-time basis. I have an MBA in Finance & Marketing and have used both skills working with both large corporations and small businesses. I'm looking to invest $50,000-$100,000 on a per project basis and would anticipate a minimal 30% return over a 2 year period. I live in North Central Florida, but am in Central Florida (Tampa area) on a regular basis.

I was a student-athlete throughout college and graduated with a Bachelors Degree. I have done a ton of investing in stocks so we feel it is time to expand our investment portfolio. I am a 48 year old that is married with 1 child. I'm currently in the IT field with an extensive background in Application Hosting and Security. I have been with the same company for 19 years. I own my own small business Web hosting Company and another Mobile Marine Engine Repair and Survey company. I have experience in the automotive and marine industries. I have restored many boats in the past 20 years all the way from restringing, conversion of io/inboards, Awlgrip/Awlcraft painting and have my work recognized by Chris Craft. I am currently vested in a marine company and am a reseller for a marine company. I have alot of experience in the Marine industry. I do not anticipate to have much involvement except for financial investment at this time.
