We are an organization that facilitates interaction between individual investors and Florida entrepreneurs through Member networking and our monthly meetings and presentations. Our investors are private individuals or groups of private individuals who invest in emerging and expanding companies. The level of investment is typically in the range $50,000-$2,000,000. Local entrepreneurs are in constant demand of financial and executive resources to help start and/or grow their businesses. Our organization was established in the fall of 2005 to facilitate the interaction between local Entrepreneurs (opportunities) and Angel Investors (resources) and to help promote business growth in Florida.

As such, I have a company that is bringing a new form of web based tools to this space based on the enhancement of understanding communications preferences of customers. This started out as an educational application. I am looking to invest in companies that have complimentary value to the advertising and marketing industry. I am also keeping my ears attuned to the education and online learning space, as that has always been of great interest to me. My occupational background is in the area of private career education which was the launching pad for these new ideas. After successfully using these training applications with GE Medical Systems I decided to become an entrepreneur, and started investing.

Fluent in both English and Spanish. Potential individual investor, looking to be mostly a silent partner, for a percentage of the business and dividing/receiving profits, according to the percentage of ownership purchased. Everything would be done in a legal fashion, with proper attorneys, accountants, disclaimers, and protection from liabilities. All business documents and/or agreements, would all be reviewed by the appropriate professionals and attorneys, prior to a final agreement being signed.
